Terror of the schoolyard, and general miscreant, Martense seems devoted to proving two things to everyone that crosses his path. One, they really are right about the degrading state of America's youth, and two, some 'caps are just born bad. He's recognizable for the two faux horns his hair is usually glued into, and a battered jacket bearing the blazon 'Anklebiter'.
