Realms here on Teatime II work differently than they do in the book. As long
as you have at least one dot in the required realm, you can affect anything 
within that realm. However, for every level of difference between your rating 
and the rating for what you want to cast a cantrip on, the difficulty of the 
cantrip increases by one. 
 
For example: Jonny Pooka wants to affect Bob the Autumn Person, his 
archnemesis to be pranked. Jonny has Actor 2. Jonny may roll Manip+Actor to 
Chicanery Bob to believe everyone around him is dancing the Hustle, but 
because Bob is Actor 5, it's rolled at (5-2=) +3 difficulty.
 
Again, you must have at least one dot in the required realm to attempt this. 
Without having at least Actor 1, for example, you can't directly affect 
mundane people at all.
