News Dragons ire

The Dragon's Ire ability as described in the main Changeling book is extremely 
powerful, especially when used by a combat-oriented character. No PC will be 
approved as knowing how to use this ability; it must be learned in-game, and 
that process will be difficult. Most characters will not even know that it 
exists -- unless you have a Rememberance of 3 or higher, this skill is likely 
a mystery to you.
 
As Dragon's Ire is something that should be both special and strange, we are 
being very careful with allowing access to and use of this ability. Thank you
