News Childlings

Childling characters -- changelings between the ages of four and thirteen
-- are available as PCs on this game.  However, due to the special nature
of such characters, they are available only:
 
a) By application.  These applications must include background, a suggested
   character sheet, and explanation of any unusual Backgrounds, Merits or
   Flaws.  Childling applications should be emailed to current RP staff,
   following the guidelines included in the New Player Room.
 
b) When entering the game in tandem with an IC parent or guardian.
   Childlings who are coming onto the game with a pre-existing adult already
   responsible for their behavior may be allowed to skip or shorten the
   application process.
